Installation procedure of 'ELTMONITOR_PC program'
i. Download zip file.
ii. Create ID and Password.
iii. Type in S/N (Serial Number) of Label and Device name at customer's disposal.
iv. Set ssid and password of AP (Access Point) or Gateway.
